First things first, I am a fresh undergraduate. As I was recommended through an Job Recruitment Agency, I was first interviewed briefly by the agent to check on my background, qualification, etc.
The first interview was a Group/Panel Interview with 5 people. They asked questions like
1) Tell us about yourself
2) Technical theory questions.
2) What do you see yourself in the next 3-5 years time?
3) What was the most difficult problem you came across as a project leader in your Final Year Project/Sofware Development?
The second interview is a 1 to 1 interview with the chairman of the board. She ask questions like
1) Tell me more about yourself?
2) What do you think your friends would say about you as a person if I were to ask them?

I got the interview through a Staffing Agency and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.

One with HR to discuss renumeration package
One with hiring managers to have a conversation to discuss interest, skills and personality
Chances increases with good performance during internship period. Hence if looking for a career, plan out the intership wisely
Project based environment. Would benefit if have project related qualification I.E. PMP or past project experience

There are 2 interviews.
The first was with a panel of 3 people who asked mostly about your experiences and college work. There was a technology expert who asked about programming and systems.
The second was with 2 people who were going to be my future bosses. They liked me and I liked them but it didn't work out due to other opportunities.
