Interviewed Feb 2012 (took a day)
They answered me really quickly and scheduled the interview also in a very agile way. The interview was held by two people who created a very informal and relaxed environment. And basically they want to know about you, your skillset, goals and ambitions. The interview lasted three hours and in the end they told me there the outcome, although, I asume sometimes they take some days to think about it. But, I should say, the people that interviewed me where really interesting people and I got along with them very well.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in New Delhi (India) (took 3 months)
The interview process started with a Telephonic Interview sometime in June 2009. The Telephonic Interview consisted on technical questions related to the work I have done, followed by questions in C and Operating Systems. There were 2 people who interviewed me during the telephonic round.
Next I was called for an interview at their site in Noida. This Interview consisted of about 4 rounds lasting for about 3.5 hours. The first round was with the Department Head. It was very HR sort of a round. Next is a technical round conducted by three people. Most of the questions which were asked were related to C, OS Concepts and work done at the previous company. This Interview was done by System's team and interview is taken by a Senior System Software Engineer
Round 3 Consisted of an interview with great expertise. They are most often Technical Leads in the company. It consisted of drilling questions on real life problems in an OS etc.
Round 4 is the HR round, which is probably the easiest round if you tell the truth. It is better to be a little casual and jovial. This is the last round... And Guess what you Don't get an offer straight away!
After 2 - 3 weeks, once they decide on you they get back to you and your manager, to whom you will report directly will conduct a 45 min Interview and Discussion. Once his approval is given it takes about 2 weeks for the HR to Give the offer and conduct a negotiation on the salary.
Finally you get the offer! :-) But most of the time they don't give enough joining time. They don't even have a buy out policy.
Negotiation Details
Salary Negotiation was very difficult. The HR most of the times is very adamant on the offers. You can negotiate on little things like Relocation Allowance etc. You can also consider negotiating on the salary. Their policy is to give by default an increment of 10% of your last drawn pay cheque. But can be negotiated depending on how good you are haggling
My advice is know the industry standards and demand accordingly. Don't give in Easily to HR.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.
