After referral from a friend, I received phone call from DM. Given access code for online IQ, skills, personality and general education test. Fairly intensive. Passed the test and received phone call from HR and set up telephone interview with multiple DM's. That was followed by another phone interview with field service specialist. Then a 1 on 1 interview with DM, then a few days later recieved an offer.

Interviewed Mar 2009 (took 5+ weeks)
Submit resume then if resume seems approprate, then a e-mail inviting to take a 2 hour multiple choice on line test checking knowledge in electronic ,physical, hydraulic, math. then if you get a very high score a phone interview is set up leading to a 1-1 /2 to 2 hour interview with district manager who tries to get to know client and professional attitude, quality of workmanship, sales technique.
Very professional people through every stage with high standards especially toward safety, customer support and willingness to constantly learn, above average professionalism and humility and mutual respect is truely felt from everyone.
Process takes a long time due to many potential employees looking for position and busy Zone manager but well worth wait.
