Development Program at SUMMIT Electric Supply

No Offer – Interviewed in Albuquerque, NM Feb 2010 – Reviewed Mar 24, 2010

Interview Details – The interview was very informal. One of the two founders came to the university and we sat down one on one. It was supposed to be a 45 minute interview and he asked me two questions about my resume, noted that he was really looking for industrial distribution majors (I'm a finance major) and then opened the floor up to me for questions. We sat around and talked for about 40 minutes about the job, Albuquerque, the school and who knows what else. I felt like it was pretty much a waste of my time as he obviously wasn't looking for anyone in the finance field. I don't understand why the HR department would choose to waste my time and worse yet his time.
