Interviewed Sep 2010 in Reno, NV (took a day)
My position was in nuclear power which requires a difficult skills test, a pyschological exam (MMPI), and a teleconference with a pyschologist after taking the MMPI in order to be hired. I was already familiar with the recruiter at SUN Technical Services and was a current TVA employee with nuclear power experience. I had worked with a number of I&C Techs that were with SUN Tech a number of years and were satisfied with their experiences with the company.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Hourly wages were already set by the client and include several options: No benefits (highest hourly wage) or benefits which include health insurance, pension, and 401K.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
