Interviewed Apr 2011 in Lisle, IL (took 2 days)
First Interview was on site with two persons in the actual positions. Was nice since you could ask them relevant questions pertaining to the actual job. The next step was going to headquarters in Lisle, IL and put you up in a very nice hotel for the night before.
They gave us a brief presentation in the morning then had 3 1 on 1 interviews which were mostly behavioral. After lunch there was one more 1 on 1 interview with a senior manager.
