Interviewed Feb 2012 in Houston, TX (took 5+ weeks)
They first contacted me because I applied for that same position a year ago but at that time their salary range was low then just recently they called me to find out If I was interested and they said their salary ranges had increased from last year so after I showed interested I had 2 phone interviews one with HR then with the hiring manager, after that they sent me a personality / behavioral test to complete and sent back, once this was reviewed by the manager a set of 3 face to face interviews are next and please be prepared they are hard no time for anything just strait talking for 3-4 hours, then after they reviewed the candidates they said that they I was strong candidate but they preferred to hire within their company…. Great interview experience but I wished they should review their internal candidates before they go out and start wasting candidates time. Overall it seems a great company to work for..

Interviewed Sep 2009 in Houston, TX (took a day)
Sell me this pen, talk about features, advantages, and bennifits. This question is design for one purpose only. Ask questions to find out what the consumer is actually looking for. Many approach this as " i have the best pen on the market it writes well, ink color, blah, blah. Ask questions to find out what the consumer is actually looking for, then sell the pen

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Houston, TX (took 4 weeks)
Easier to get in the door if you have an employee referral. In a big hiring mode due to transformation efforts that are taking place. Applied online for two positions. I was not selected about 1 week later for one job because I was overqualified. I was called by a recruiter for the other job and did the initial phone screen. Midway through process I was handed off to new recruiter. Then had initial phone interview with hiring manager.
2nd round was with 3 different people from the department at different levels for fit. Questions were not hard and very typical. Had a follow up phone interview with hiring manager.
Negotiation Details
Yes. I actually had another offer from a different company so I had some leverage. They are flexible. Make them wait and week. I did and the up the offer by $5k and gave me a sign-on bonus to expediate my decision.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Background Check, a Drug Test, a Group/Panel Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Walnut, CA (took 3 days)
I currently was working as a General Manager and I was approached by the district manager of that region to apply for Sysco. I applied and was not aware how many steps I would have to go through to interveiw. The first interveiw was on the phone normal questions mostly yes or no then some questions about yourself such as what makes you unique. The second interveiw consists of a lunch interveiw where you are asked about a scenario and you must tell them what happened how you handled it and what was the outcome. Be prepared because you'll get about 8 of them on that interveiw. Third step is the corporate interveiw where you must interveiw with 3 people(Director of HR, Regional sales, VP of sales. Make sure you prepare really well because each interveiw is an hour long and there are no breaks in between yikes!! The only bad part of this is you will be asked about a scenario questions by each interviewer and the questions seem the same just worded different but you cannot repeat your answers.

Interviewed Jan 2011 in Plant City, FL (took 1+ week)
Applied via Careerbuilder. received phone call to set up interview, followed by interview with 2 people. They weren't really sure of what they were doing. It was for a new position that I was to define, but when asked what they envisioned for the position they said it was for me to figure out what to do. No goals, daily duties, nothing at all, though I was asked several times if I could work 50+ hours a week. Not sure how they knew it would take over 50 hours when they couldn't even tell me what the current person doing the job was doing all those hours. When asked about the culture of the company (meaning do the employees even like each other? is it like a family? business casual? etc), they responded that they have all types of people working there from diverse backgrounds.... ok then!

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Columbia, SC (took 2 weeks)
I applied on their website about 1 month before the interview. They emailed saying that they want to interview in-person. The interview was pretty basic. They asked questions such as "Tell me about yourself", "Why do you want to work for this company", "Have you ever encounter conflicts between co-workers and how did you resolve it?. They also asked a few basic technical questions like "What is this term mean", "How would you do conduct this research". They interviewer was an executive level employee of that company. After that he will explain to you the job description and salary. Then you can ask you questions. This person was very nice although did not seem very enthusiastic about doing the interview. In total, the interview took about an hour. After that, it took about 1 week to hear back.
