    Interview

    I was recruited by KPIT Cummins Infosystems Ltd through a college campus interview. Now KPIT has acquired SYSTIME so I was transfered to join SYSTIME.

    Recruitment Process:
    1. Aptitude test
            Test contained normal aptitude questions. Not so difficult.
    2. Technical Aptitude Test
            This test contained bit tough questions which were related to JAVA, C, C++ & Database. You could answer those questions only if you have studied deeply.

    3. HR interview
        HR interview went like any other normal HR interview. Confidence was the key.

    These guys are a mess. I had 3 different people call me for 2 different jobs. The 3 systime folks never even spoke to each other. I had guy telling me we are going to send you to client A, the other guy saying no you are going to B. The 3rd was trying to steal me for yet another role. They put me in the middle of this mess. Each yelled at me like it was my fault eventhough I told each one about the other interviews and roles. The amazing thing one each systime guy was telling ME to tell the other Systime guys I was going to his project. I finally said when YOU guys figure this out give me a call. It was surreal

    Reasons for Declining

    I got tired of the non-sense, they wanted me to start in 2 days. I told them I had to give notice. They did not even have an offer letter. I told them you expect me to quit a job on 2 days notice and fly to XXX without a contract? They said oh dont worry about the details. I said yeah, good luck with the search. They just waste peoples time with thier games
