Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 2 months)
My first telephone interview was cancelled via email by the Saba Temp Recruiter ten minutes before the confirmed time, due to him making a 'double booking'.
Passed phone interview and was invited to attend 1:1 interview with a provisional time and date, but the Temp guy didn't confirm it was on or send directions, despite unreturned calls from me.
He then confirms the interview is on, 10 minutes before it was due to start! Passed first 1:1 interview stage, but not final interview. However, I was invited back for a similar sales role, so had my fourth interview there. Temp Recruiter again did not return calls after promising prompt updates, so I accepted another job offer in the meantime, but stressed I was still very interested in the role I interviewed for.
Two months down the line I've still not had any feedback from Saba following my interview for that position, so assume I was unsuccessful.
The HR Director was a very nice lady, as were the various sales managers I met and the actual interviews were conducted in a pleasant manner, so don't be put off by my experience, as the hapless temp recruiter has now gone.
I just hope Saba vet their future temp recruiters as thoroughlly as potential employees.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took 4+ weeks)
Most of the interviews occured via phone. Recruiter, Hiring Manager, Peer with similar job. Questions were related to my skills from previous role, and about the skills required for the Business Consultant Role. I had an employee referral that helped me get the interviews.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I applied online and a few weeks later received an email asking me when a good time would be to schedule a phone interview. I provided a time which was confirmed by the recruiter. The recruiter did not call at this time and gave no warning or explanation.
I emailed a couple of times during that day to find out what happened, and I received a reply the next week asking to reschedule. I agreed and rescheduled for later that day. The recruiter again failed to call and failed to provide any explanation.
I followed up again by email several times before finally hearing back almost two weeks later that they had completed on-site interviews and moved on.
There was no apology or explanation whatsoever as to why they missed our phone call and I found this rude and irritating. As a candidate I took this interview very seriously and prepared for many hours. As a professional, when I know I will miss an appointment or meeting, I make sure I let the person know, and if something unforseen happens, I am apologetic at the very least.
I rated this interview experience as 'very difficult' because of the many wasted hours preparing for an interview that never happened.
After reading the negative reviews on this site by company employees perhaps I dodged a bullet...

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Redwood City, CA (took 1 week)
I was contacted by contract recruiter for on-site interview. The co-ordination activities was really poor and I had hard time to just get hold of Interviewer. The questions were fairly easy but quite an open ended. The interviewer was mostly focused on what I have done rather then what I am capable of doing.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Redwood City, CA (took 4 weeks)
After recruiter interview, consisted of individual interviews lasting 90-120 minutes with management team members. Once this hurdle is passed, prospective hires are asked to prepare and deliver a 1-2 hour presentation on how they would tackle a business challenge. Questions are asked during this presentation to see how the person thinks and whether they can defend their position. Presentation is done before the management team. While a good process for the employer, potential hires are essentially asked to give up 2 weeks of their time to provide ideas that the company can theoretically keep for their advantage while not hiring the candidate. Depending on the job level, this sort of analysis often served as a free consulting project for the company.

Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 months)
Human Resource person was proffesional and helpful. The hiring manager often seemed to become a different person each of the MANY times we spoke and required I that I spend hours (30+) researching Saba on my own via their web site and finding and speaking to former employees so that I could then pitch to him why a prospect should choose Saba.
He made clear that knowing the products had nothing to do with the job and he himself in 7 years had never watched a demo of either Saba's products or his previous company. He also stated that if somebody asked about product functions or benefits they were the wrong person to speak to despite the goal being to schedule a demo or meeting with this person regarding the Saba product.
Spoke to this Hiring Manager twice a week over two months with each call lasting 30 minutes to an hour and half. Also spoke to 3 potential colleagues separately by phone for an hour plus each. All said they thought I was perfect for the position and the company as did the recruiter.
Interview questions included asking about my family, what city prospective companies were located as well as how many employees they had and what they did as a business. I was also required to listen to a 30-minute pitch of company then asked to immediately repeat it back in my own words (not his) Also was asked to make cold calls (prior to being hired) to prospect clients acting as a Saba rep as this manager would listen-in.
It clearly was the most strange, nonprofessional interview process I have ever experienced that went on for months while not once did they ask or request references from my past employers (I offered many times) to learn that I have always been the top performer in this same exact role.
At every corner on was challanged as to why I was not right for this position including being told my resume showed no prior history of doing this type of job ... it actually showed 20 years experience in this position. This included being told I lacked business acumen despite the fact I owned a successful business for 5-years. I was also told I was not enough of a "bullsh@tter", was too detailed orientated and it was a negative that I took notes during conversations.
The company and products are great but I could never in a million years work with this Hiring Manager on a daily basis ... truly the most strange experience I have ever encountered and believe the only reason I stuck with the process is because I am not accustomed to losing.
It was almost funny that the hiring manager constantly stated that his process if very different from other companies but assured me there was a reason (which he never did explain) when they are a company that soley deals with Human Resource groups. One would think they would know to use what has been tried and proven to work for many years instead of coming up with their (his) own process that go against what they recommend to their clients.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Redwood City, CA (took 1 week)
I was referred by a previous employee. The recruiter was professional, took my resume and arranged for an interview. A lot of behavioral questions. I was asked how i would handle stressful situations?, difficult deadlines, conflicting priorities, angry customers, attrition in workforce etc. I was given an questionnaire that looked like a personality test. I was asked to present a few ideas.
The team in general did not look happy. I did not get an offer either
