Very Easy Interview

Communication was slow. Office is very laid back but focused at times. Really hard to get a good feel for the company is such a short period of time but overall not a good fit for me. I need more structure and firm idea of how the process should be complete, not a wing it and hope guy.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview.
