I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Safe-Guard Products International.

Interview Details – The interview process was 3 hours long. Implementation, Dev Lead, Project manager, Project coordinator, BA lead all interviewed one after another. And everyone asked almost same questions about business analysis and SQL queries.

Interview Question – Client does not have any idea about requirement. How would you go about if you have no prototype or idea of their requirements.   View Answer

Reason for Declining – The company looked pretty new and small .Everyone was available for interviewing . I was told that it was BA job on Java application and new technology but it was very old legacy system and the main role was clearing the Ticket backlog which was not mentioned in the BA profile posted.
