I was introduced to sales with my former boss. He made me sell him on a single iteam to see what I can pitch and specify on how to work around conversations. It was a very easy process. Now I would consider myself an amature. Only one interview to get hired.

Negotiation Details
I was able to start on commission. I proved myself as a sales man then I earned salary as well as everyone should when they first start with sales.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
