Interviewed Sep 2009 (took 2 days)
Recruiting firm screened most of the questions i had about position. Interviewing personnel seemed genuine about prospects of company and position. Met with multiple parties individually, including facility tours. Decision to not make move at current time stemmed from the uncovering of multiple cases of unsatisfied employees in my due diligence process. This was at the professional level. Questions to ferret out details left me with the assessment that now was not the time to make a move that would greatly disrupt current progress with current employer.

Interviewed Nov 2008 (took a day)
Safeway is a very easy interview environment. They pretty much decide whether or not to hire you from your job application. Then you have to past a drug test and background screening. Then it's a 5 hour computer on the job training to teach you everything you need to know. Most of the higher positions are for union members who have been there a certain amount of time.

Interviewed Sep 2010 in Goodyear, AZ (took 4 days)
They try to get a feel for you right at the start of the interview, as most employers do. They look at your resume if you bring one. Upon looking over your resume, they ask questions like, "Did you like this position?", or "Why did you quit from working with this employer?".

Interviewed Feb 2008 (took 3 days)
I was moving from one IT Support company (A) to another IT Support Company(B) on the same account. "A" was on it's way out and "B" was moving in, so I was going to lose my job with "A" so I jumped ship and got a job with (B) staying on the same account. Ihad done a pretty good job with "A" so comapny "A" highly recommended me to company "B". The inverview process was professional and courteous, but knowing that I let company "A" share my performace reviews with comapny "B" and also knowing that company "B" reviewed those reviews I had an abnormal amount of confidance. The inverview itself was very relaxed and I was comfortable. The questions were not softballs. The interview was not so much about what I knew, but how would I handle situations and desciions based off of little information or practice. Problem solving skills was tested. This the panel interview expierence was 2 days after the phone interview and a week before the 1:1 interview or final interview.
