    Interview

After a University expo where I met three people working at SAFRAN and I passed them my CV, a few days later I received a phone call from the CMO asking me for an interview. I accepted and in two days from then we scheduled the meeting. When I arrived I met the CMO we started the interview in French and English (both languages required for this post), he explained to me everyhting about the project, he introduced me to my future colleagues and he told me that he will wait for my answer as soon as possible.

    Interview Questions

L'un de mes futurs collègues   I had to do a research about their marketing strategies, working with cross functional teams and external third parties and with my colleagues that were already in this project, and I should use a lot of statistics. One of the future colleagues asked my what are the differences between descriptive and inferential statistics.   Answer Question

Very often during interviews, you need to give the impression that you have already at least one other offer from a bigger or equal size company _ organisation that is really tempting you. When you reach the phase of a face to face interview with your future manager/supervisor in big international companies, you have already succed at 90% : your CV has passed the first step of the computer shortlisting, the second step of evaluating and getting the "ok" from the HR department, the third step where your CV has been forwarded to your future manager/supervisor and he is already interested in you. The only thing that is left to check is if you have a "good connection" as a personality and character with them. That's what is about the interview - not to be misunderstood, of course they will check your knowledge but probably they have a already a clear view through your resume, I am talking about the soft skills here... So just be cool, confident and yourself. If they like you, you will have a good time there. If not, think positive as it is better not to start at all a job where you will be underevaluated and as a consequence unhappy. Take it that way: negative answers save you time, energy and willingness.
