Interviewed Aug 2010 in Melville, NY (took 1 week)
Professional and very detailed, but be prepared and don’t schedule anything else on the day of the interview. The interview lasted four and half hours, because they quiz you on everything on the resume, but human resources was very elusive on the actual position. They are friendly and very knowledgeable.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Richmond, BC (Canada) (took 3 weeks)
First phone interview was done with a recruiter in US. General questions my background, working permit and etc. Lost of information regarding the job itself and the company was given. It was relatively easy. At the end of the phone interview, next interview was scheduled.
Next interview with a hiring manager was 1:1 interview in the company's office. It took about less than an hour. Some general questions and a few tough behavioral questions.
Three more interviews were scheduled later with colleagues or people in a cross-functional team. After one phone interview, the recruiter informed the position was filled by an ex-employee of the company. Remaining two interview were cancelled.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in Richmond, BC (Canada) (took a day)
I was referred to that department. My future manager liked me.
The office was not new or clean but they were moving (and soon did). The manager seemed clueless but since he was friendly and wanted to hire me I was not worried.
They were more interested in the smile and my ability to take orders and get along than experience or skills.

Interviewed Jul 2007 in Richmond, BC (Canada) (took a day)
Honestly I met with my manager who told me I have been pre-chosen. There was no one else they wanted. It was cool, I got a raise and can spend more time doing my own thing with better work/life balance.
I was given the chance to be actively selling. There are good and bad things about it all compared with my last job.
Negotiation Details
Pre-determined salary grade meant that there was no negotiation. This job paid more than my last one anyway.
