Interview Details – I first interviewed on campus. It was pretty standard. I then had a phone interview where I was asked to describe various experiences that I had dealt with (when had I overcome adversity or dealt with a personality clash, etc.). I then interviewed at the corporate office, which included 1 on 1 interviews, the Wonderlic test, and a personality profile.

Interview Question – Please describe a time where you had a personal conflict and how you resolved the conflict.   Answer Question
