I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Saint Luke's Health System in February 2013.
Interview Details – Communication was terrible. I never heard directly when I was offered the job as I had applied internally for another position. The girl in HR was too busy worrying about her own job transition to keep me informed of my changes. You get the run around.
Interview Question – No opinion. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – They don't leave any room open for negotiation. I am regretting my decision and currently already seeking other opportunities.
I applied through other source and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Saint Luke's Health System in October 2012.
Interview Details – The process only took several weeks and I had been a former employee. HR called me to set up a phone interview since I was long distance (and relocating). Everyone was polite and the process was organized. HR explained everything and was open to answering questions that I had.
Interview Question – Cannot remember. Was surprisingly informal- mostly a discussion about nursing background, recalling a most memorable and challenging patient experience and how I handled it. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No room for negotiation- were firm on salary.
The process took 2 days - interviewed at Saint Luke's Health System in May 2012.
Interview Details – I first met with the head of HR for the company. She then scheduled a follow up interview for the following week for me to meet with the office manager and head nurse from the office hiring. Both interviews were comfortable and fairly easy. It took two weeks for them to make a decision and I was notified by email.
Interview Question – Why Cardiovascular Consultants? Answer Question
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 4+ weeks - interviewed at Saint Luke's Health System.
Interview Details – The communications and planning for the interview process were very clear; however, in my initial interview with HR, prior to the interview with the hiring manager, I was quoted a certain starting pay. When the job offer was extended, the offered pay was significantly lower. The interview process was straight-forward and hassle-free.
Interview Question – All questions are based on situational interviewing style--very common. "Tell me about a time when you have dealt with a difficult costumer. How did you handle the situation? What did you learn from that situation" etc. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No, there is no negotiation.
I applied online and the process took 4 days - interviewed at Saint Luke's Health System in February 2011.
Interview Details – Pretty Generic... easy.
