Interview Details – Was offered an interview, department waited until 5 days prior to the interview to request a presentation. Interview seemed unorganized and scattered, some staff didn't seem to want to be there. Staff texting RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY FACE! First lesson would be in RESPECT for OTHERS! It was an experience that I don't regret, it prepared me for the next few interviews that I have coming up.
Interview Question – How can I support the Jesuit mission through programming? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Salary, unorganized, benefits are not competitive by any means.
