i originally submitted my application in late january so by the time i heard from them i had forgotten about the position. i had a phone interview where it was more simply explaining the job then an interview with the people i would be working with directly and a tour of the facility. i was then called in for a second interview where an hr representative and the head of my department was present. the second interview was pretty much a waste. the hr person and head of department asked the same questions that had already been asked in the first interview.
