HR person doesn't seem clear on policies
Did 2 rounds of personal interviews. However, the first round did not seem relevant/required.
Had clarified a minimum expected salary prior to the first round. Offer was significantly below the specified salary requirements.
Reason for Declining
Offer was not competitive with the market.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Skills Test.
