Received and Declined Offer

Interviewed Aug 2011 in Saint Louis, MO (took 5 days)
Phone interview was very basic, a recruiter called, told me about the position and then set an appointment to discuss the position further. Basic behavioral interview questions - Tell me about a time you had to deal with a difficult client, Why are you interested in working for Saks Fifth Avenue?; Honestly, I didn't really prep that much for the phone interview; a few days later I received an email inviting me to interview with the department manager and the HR manager; They did most of the talking (I met with each woman 1:1) and I "interjected" with examples of how whatever it was they were talking about applied to me...seemed the only way to get a word in edge wise. A few short days after that, they called with an offer...after careful consideration, I decided against it.

Reason for Declining
