A school career counselor gave my resume to HR. First I had a phone interview which was short and easy. I just explained what I was studying in school and where I had previously interned and why I wanted Saks. I explained I could earn school credit. Then I was invited to interview in person with the head of HR and also met with the buyer I would be interning with.
