Interview Details

Right from the start, it was one of the best interviews I had. The HR rep spent close to an hour with me trying to ensure that we are a good fit on the very first call. While shooting for innovation with their Hirevue process, they are also accommodating to folks who are not there yet. When I expressed a little discomfort with the idea of talking to a camera, they immediately agreed to do a phone screen which lead to an onsite interview process. Since one of the members was out of the UK office, it involved another phone call. Even the VP was cognizant of the distance I had to travel to make it to their San Francisco office and suggested that I could speak to other members of the team over the phone. I was blown away by the constructive nature of the interviews. I didn't feel like I was going through an MRI. It was a casual dialogue, yet they were able to touch all the important points they wanted to cover. I have not seen the customer focus mindset permeate through every member of the firm in any other firm! As a candidate you sometimes wonder what went wrong and the HR lady handling the process was nice enough to provide constructive feedback when requested. I would interview with them again and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering to join!

Interview Questions
  • While I was good with all the questions from a technical and behavioral side, I am not sure I did well when they asked me about my past salary. In my case, I was unable to furnish it while I was open to them about what I was looking for from the beginning.   Answer Question
