Interview Details –
Initial phone screen
Brought in for programming test - that was good and fair
Not called back immediately because I was not a fit for the job they were hiring for, but I was called back later for another engineer position.
Generally a good experience.
Interview Question – How would you solve <this redundancy problem>. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – I was asked what I wanted and I got it.
Other Details - I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 months.
