Interview Question – There really weren't any. Answer Question
No Offer – Interviewed in Jul 2011 – Reviewed Jul 19, 2011
Interview Details – First contacted by recruiter; she was afraid I was over qualified. Next phone interview was with the hiring manager - who loved me, but was afraid I would be bored. 3 more phone interviews & all very positive. They declined to go forward. A waste of my time. It would be useful if they actually understood how to define a position and how to interview for the job - as opposed to a chatty interview that was about personality.
