Received a call from the recruiter to schedule a phone interview for Quality Engineer position in San Fransisco with a Technical Manager. After emailing back and forth regarding various date conflicts came to a common date for interview. At the time of interview got a call from recruiter that the manager got pulled in for a meeting so had to reschedule the interview again.

Got a reject within 2 days as they said i did not have enough Java experience.
I did not like the technical manager attitude as he was kind of not very nice to talk.

The interview process started with a questionnaire which you need to submit. Then they a set up a phone screening with the hiring manager. The final interview is in-person 2:1 interview of 4 rounds which includes lunch.
The interview includes a 2 hr programming test even for Quality Engineers. Knowledge of Java programming and Eclipse IDE is required to take teh programming test. The test isn't too diffucult if you have decent programming skills.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview and a Skills Test.
