I applied online and the process took 5 days - interviewed at Salesforce.com in September 2010.
Interview Details – 30 minute phone interview with the hiring manager. That went very well and hiring manager asked me to come in. Was lined up to interview with 3 people but when I arrived one of them had to leave suddenly and I only interviewed with 2 people. I felt that it went well but there was no mention of next steps at the end so then I realized that it didn't go well at all.
Interview Question – What is the difference between XP and Scrum? And I'll be really disappointed if you say that XP is about doing certain practices and Scrum is a framework. Answer Question
