haphazard and not terribly applicant focused
Had me drive 2.5 hours to interview and no offer to reimburse expenses
Negotiation Details
They will low-ball you so ... negotiate fiercely. Otheriwse, you'll be working along side others doing your same job but earning more $$
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Personality Test.
