Interview Details – Submitted application and 30 days later got a call to come in for an interview. 3 interviews one after another. First interview was with a lead,who asked several question, the the second was with a Manager, All questions were relatively simple if had ever had another job.
Last one was with the Store manager and asked primarily about availability. Took maybe an hour at the most

Interview Details – I applied online and received a phone call from the person offering the position. We set up an interview for the next day. The interview was very typical and I was told what to expect, job duties, anticipated amount of hours and other basic information. After we completed the 5 or so interview questions, I was told that I would be called in a few days if we were going to go forward with the job offer. Sure enough, a few days later, I receive a phone call and I now need to go in and get the new hire process started.
Negotiation Details – I was told base pay, then certain amount is added for each year of retail experience you own, then the network differential is added. You don't get a say but it is pretty much based on experience.

Signed up and received an in-person interview. I was offered a Position on the spot.
They gave me the choice of two different locations as they both required 2 interns and it was early in their recruiting process.

There wasn't anything that was asked that was unusual .Walmart and Sam's are known to go "dark " during the interviewing process . You may not hear from them for weeks or months after the initial or 2nd interview.

What obstacles did you overcome... what was the outcome..." Had to BS my way through some questions. Once you reach the 3rd interview, you practically have the job.

Interview Details – Two interview at the same day, it only took 1 hour to talk to first my future supervisor, then my future manager. I got offer the job right after the interview. And start working after background checked.
