My friend referred me first. After I submitted my resume, I got the interview schedule fixed from HR in a week. It took about 6 hours including a technique presentation which took about 45 minutes with interviewees (six in total). I prepared several slides to show them what you have done in the past. I had a lunch with the hiring manager. The last one was from HR and he went over all kinds of benefits and the culture. Pretty standard.
