The panel was consisted of Samsung employees who were at least director level.
It takes at least two weeks to hear back from the HR group after the interview because of the redtape within the org. Interviewers were mostly friendly, but really drilled on why I wanted to come to this company.
Rather than technical questions, the interview was mostly about my work experience.

Negotiation Details
Very painful. Salary was so low at the beginning, I thought there was no need to continue the process.
Be patient.

I did a prescreening, the that lead to a faceto face. About three days later I had another phone interview with what would be my hiring manager. 5 days later I was invited to SAS for a panel interview. It wasnt that bad 2 engineers and a technician. It was more of a personality review. They wanted to see if I could get along with other and how diverst my back ground was.

They were hiring 40 fresh out of college engineers/scientists and had set up one day to interview everybody. You get put into a group and given dilemma to solve, there's no right answer. They just want to see how you interact in a group setting. Also there was a panel interview.
