The Human Resources representative scheduled a time with me for a phone interview. She seemed very approachable and welcoming. The interviewer sounded friendly and casual. He asked a situational question and I was supposed to describe how I would approach that problem. I practiced situational questions before and was able to come up with a decent response after thinking about the problem for a moment. Overall, I felt that it would be a great place to work.
