Interview Details – The hiring process is pretty straight forward. There is an interview with a test and after the test you go before several other EMTs. After the EMTs ask you a slew of questions, you are judged based on no discernible criteria. If management likes you, then you are hired. Once you are hired you have to pass a fingerprint and background investigation.
