Sapient basically does scheduled walkins and sometimes telephonic interviews for out-station applicants.
Scheduled interviews:
First round: an online technical test to prove technical ability. Senior positions are given a design test.
Second round: One on one technical discussion.
Third round: Personality / Attitude test usually done by a manager or above.
Fourth: Discussion for compensation.

Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Background Check, a Personality Test, a Skills Test and a 1:1 Interview.
