Interview Details – Full day interview process on the weekend with 40-50 other candidates that were graduating from undergrad or grad programs. They call it "Super Saturday". You do several one-on-one interviews, a white-boarding exercise with a team (and then present it after to the whole room of judges and other candidates), and sometimes you do a design exercise one-on-one.

Negotiation Details – They were able to move me from the middle of the salary range to the top for my position (a $5k difference).

Interview Details – This was a good but tough interview process. They presented a business case that needed to be solved. If you have enough experience managing projects then this should be a breeze for you. You get 45 minutes to understand the case, present options, break it down into phases, know what resources you need, come up with rough costs, recommend a solution (that's why you are there), etc.
Interview Question – Be prepared for risk based scenarios but again this should be standard project management-like questions. Answer Question

Interview Details –
1) Had a round of telephonic HR interview where whats my expectation and why am i quitting my current job were asked.
2) Had 2 rounds of telephonic Technical Interview where mostly questions from my work background was asked in detail.
3) Was called for an onsite interview to Boston where I had the following rounds -
- 1 hour of behavioral questions. Like how I see my self in next 5 yrs, my strengths weakness
- 1 hour coding where they give a simple question just to check your java comfortableness. Here they provided me a laptop with eclipse installed already into the same.
- 1 hour of Scenario related question where I was given a scenario from e-commerce background and I was asked to draw overall design of the same on the white board
- 1 hour of presentation of the above step to a panel of 2 to 4 people with other related interview questions asked in the meantime.
4) Lastly had salary negotiation with my HR and I accepted the opportunity.
