I sent my CV and letter by email, got a call a few days later to invite me to an interview. Interview took around 1 hour, the recruiter and internship supervisor were both there. Very friendly people, typical interview questions "name 1 good and 1 bad aspect about yourself" etc.

Interview was initally a phone interview and a total and complete screening from Head Hunter. They even checked my references prior to my actual interview with Sara Lee.
They really wanted to know my experience with one specific account. Another candidate was also interviewing in the same hotel and unfortunatly we discovered each other a breakfast. Akward indeed.
