very detailed/thorough interview when on site. They emphasized culture and fit within the organization as critical for new hires. They clearly are looking for excellence and the best in the field.

I was introduced to Sargento through a recruiter that helped me with every phase of the intererview process.
I went through 2 telephone interviews and 2 face to face interviews. Sargento was very hospitable and welcoming. Very nice people and everyone I encountered seemed happy to be there and were also pleasant to me.

Negotiation Details
They put an offer on the table the included some perks to help bridge the gap between the difference in base salary. They didn't pressure me to accept immediately but did give me a deadline

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.
