Interview Details – I had a quick phone call with the hiring manager, followed up by a in-person interview. The questions were mostly scenario-based.
Interview Question – There was a question about advanced Windows server configurations that I was not 100% familiar with - processes I didn't need at the current job. Answer Question

Interview Details – Interview process was very laid back. They brought me out to the jobsite and explained the progress of the job and where they were at. As long as you asked questions about the company, they would take off and talk the majority of the time
Interview Question – There were no difficult questions that are in most interviews. They wanted to know if you are a good fit for the company and that you are willing to learn. Answer Question

Interview Details – Interview process was misleading. The company was described as a forward thinking company and showed alot of bells and whistles. However, once you were sucked in and signed up the hammer fell and the true colors were exposed.
