I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Save-A-Lot Food Stores in April 2009.

Interview Details – -initial contact was at campus job fair
-initial interview was with campus recruiter and was conducted on-campus
-site visit came after on-campus interview consisted of about 6 panel interviews each of which were behavioral and geared toward different aspects of past including: leadership experience, management experience, and "describe what you would do in this situation" type questions
-not as intimidating as one might think, but must be consistent and real with responses as well as have a keen sense of communication ability

Interview Question – Describe what you have accomplished in a team while not playing the role of the team leader and what did you learn from following others in the team while holding back from taking an assertive position.   Answer Question
