Interviewed Apr 2012 in Greenville, SC (took 2 months)
Found the position through a friend and was first invited to come shadow the position for a few hours. Afterwards, I was interviewed by 3 sales managers. Everything seemed to go well; I was invited back for an additional 1:1 interview and then asked to perform a personality test. After all positive reviews from each stage, I was surprised when they decided to go with another candidate. The process was incredibly long and not very well organized, but I maintain that it would have been an excellent company to work for.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in Greenville, SC (took 1 week)
Interview process was relatively easy as I was a former employee of the company and knew most of the people in this group. The actual F2F interview lasted about 30 minutes. Some technical, some management style, some personal. Did not get the position due to direct experience in the field they were looking for.
Left with good feelings though. Great organization to work with.
Only negative was that feedback from the hiring manager was slow and took a while (they tend to drag their feet at times).
