Interview Details – Interview process standard, didn't discuss current experience as much as past experience. People seemed to be professional at time of interview. Enjoyed the conversational aspect of interview. It all seemed like a formality and not a REAL interview. Seemed like I was already going to be hired and just awaiting a start date.

Interview Details – Gained employee referral and recommendation. Submitted resume and cover letter on the corporate web site. Company rep called and scheduled an in person interview. 2 manager team interview. Heavy on performance requiring data and details of "give me an example of how you gained market share during x period.
Interview Question – We now measure market share differently than last year and by new measure, mkt share of Product XX is only 2.3%. How do you propose to grow share today if 2.3% is the max achieved in the past 2 years? View Answer

Interview Details – Have 30 minute meetings with 6 chief scientist. Then gave presentation to ~15 members of the department.

Negotiation Details – First offer was beyond my expectations, so accepted it immediately. I negotiated on relocation cost and got 15,000 relocation.

Interview Details – Contacted by a recruiter regarding position. Interviewed with HR via phone, then a couple weeks later with a manager, and then a week later with the same manager plus the new district manager, then a confirmational interview with RD. RD is final interview and just makes sure you are a fit with company.
