No Offer – Interviewed in Houston, TX Oct 2011 – Reviewed Jan 15, 2012
Interview Details – My phone interview started with a "Tell me about yourself", and then a brief review of my resume. Later I was asked some behavior questions such as "Tell me an example to show your capability of group work" which were simple and straightforward. Finally, he described several positions that might be available and asked me about my preference. The whole process took exactly 30 minutes. This was my first phone interview and I didn't do well. And I got a rejection in 2 weeks.
