Submitted my resume online through a website within the university I attended. Was contacted shortly after for an interview on campus. It was a behavioral interview asking questions such as: what are you hobbies, strengths, weaknesses, what would you do in this certain situation, etc. About 2 weeks later, received an email for a second interview in Bakersfield, California. It was scheduled about 3 weeks after my initial interview.. and I have yet to find out what it entails.
