The interview was conducted very professionally and orderly. There were three steps: first one 1:1 interview, second skills and assessment test, and lastly they sent me to the Dallas branch. Overall, the most involved interview I've done.

    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied online. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Schneider Electric (Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia)).

    Interview

Simple and straightforward. Started the interview with hiring manager (1 person) & ended with HR BP. Hiring manager was just concern with adaptability to site work environment. Almost no technical questions asked. Though i had almost 4 years of experience it did not matter as it was in a different field. HRBP kept emphasizing the relatively low pay was due to high site allowances and OT. Which is true if you like site work
