Interviewed Mar 2011 in Raleigh, NC (took 2 weeks)
The interview went pretty good and the questions are mostly to determine your personality and ability to interact with people. They are very simple and nice people. The reply from the interview took 2 weeks but I got a favorable offer.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Raleigh, NC (took a day)
The interview took place on North Carolina State University's campus, and the interviewer came out and greeted me with a handshake. The first 10 minutes after we sat down consisted of the interviewer explaining the agenda for the interview, as well as telling me about what he does at the company, and what the company itself does.
He actually didn't ask me to tell him about myself, atypical to an interview, rather, went through a checklist of questions that he brought with himself. The first half consisted of some of the things that showed up on the application, such as desired salary, and willingness to move. The latter half were questions in which I had to provide examples that met each specified situation.
After meeting that, he gave me the remaining time of the interview to ask any questions that I had, and that was the end of the interview. He didn't have a business card, rather, he gave me an email to contact him by. Because of this, I had to make sure to write down his job title, and name, so that a thank you letter could be sent out.
The whole interview took about 40 minutes.
