Very Difficult Interview
I applied through a recruiter - interviewed at Schneider Electric in May 2012.
Interview Details – Had to first submit a document answering 4 questions detailing my future career aspirations.
The first interview was on the phone with the line manager. It was 1 hour long and very exhaustive. Typical situational question and CV questions.
The last round was I. The HQ in Paris. Lunch interview with the team. Then 1 technical interview (financial capacities: accounting and finane) and one case interview with a presentation at the end. Throughout the process, they're looking for people who are very inquisitive
