I applied online and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at School District of Philadelphia in January 2008.
Interview Details – I met with the principal of the school once for about 30 minutes. The 2nd interview involved the 4 vice principals and a teacher. The school staff sat around a table with me and asked questions for about one hour. The next step involved presenting a lesson to a class in which the principal and a teacher observed. After the 45 minute lesson, I met with the principal and discussed his observations.
