Very Easy Interview
I applied through an employee referral and the process took 2 weeks - interviewed at Scotiabank in January 2008.
Interview Details – Two 1:1 interviews. One with the hiring manager and the other one with his boss. The questions were about resume and professional experience. No technical questions at all, just to explain what to do in situations related to negotiation of development requirements with the user. After that, the well known iq test with HR and that was all.
