Interview Details – 2 initial phone interviews where they ask behavioural questions. 3rd in branch interview where questions are more about branch setting and ethics. The interview process is very extensive. After you pass all three interviews, they then do a reference check and background/criminal check.

Interview Details – Was contacted by email to inform about interview time. Interview was behavioural questions focussing on managing multiple tasks, stress and handling requests from different managers. I was probed on Excel, Access skills. 3 interviewers asked questions turn by turn. Cracked the interview in first 10 mins. Focus of the interview was personality development and ability to take up different projects.

Interview Details – Apply online or if you know someone through the referral program. Phone interview and then panel interview with a couple of branch managers. You will be then posted at a training branch awaiting to be posted at a permanent branch based on the needs.

2. phone interview (basic questions in regards you experience, quick run down of your resume and experience) - got call back to advise if you made it to the next step
3. online assessment on the call centre environment
4. call back for a language assessment basic question you need to answer in the language you applied for.
5. panel interview with two customer service manager. all behavior questions...appox. 20
after everything you will receive a package or email confirming your compensation and hours and you have to go through a background check and reference proof of your previous employers.

Interview Details – Called for an phone interview, then got called for an in person interview. Met the manager plus three employers including HR would have met the president of the company but was not available. Talked about having a lunch with all of the sales but didn't make it through.
