First is questionnaire review asking about general question sent by HR online, then online profile survey asking personality questions, next is behavior interview by phone in which interviewees are asked to give specific questions on former jobs. HR is nice. All are routine questions. Just don't be too nervous. Prepare examples on your strength and weakness.
