Interviewed Jan 2012 in Lethbridge, AB (Canada) (took 4+ weeks)
Starts with a phone call that outlines your interests and asks for any clarifications on your resume. Next a online personality test is sent out to you. Then a 2 page questionnaire outlining your skills, motivations, why scotiabank?, and where you want to end up in the future. Next is a phone call interview that is roughly 60-90 min long. This is consisted of behavioral questions. Lastly, is a group interview with two branch managers which lasted roughly 30-45 minutes.
